Silk Solutions strives to provide high-quality faux eyelashes that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping. For defective items, the same rules also apply. 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at return@silksolutions.eu with your order number, reasons for the return, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping address.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within fourteen days or we can send you a new replacement if you prefer that.
